FA18 - MOD 1 - New beginnings

During the summer, although I did not do much like I should have, I did pull content for the workbook. Because the daunting task of creating a workbook from scratch was in the foreground, I did not pull much content for the website. However, I still do have my resources for a few of my pages that I pulled from last semester that will work. 

This week, my goal was to find new inspiration for new keywords: ESCAPE, OPPOSITE, PLAYFUL. I added new pins for these keywords to hopefully refine and/or completely reboot my visual system for my thesis project. 

To continue with finding new inspiration, I also pulled examples of non-profit websites to help create my own look for the website prototype that I have decided to tackle for this semester. Though I found a few, I noticed that most of the websites were structured the same. I tried to find some that were not too alike to give myself a variety.

My next task was to sketch ideas for my website. A few designs were sketched for the home page to give myself a starting point, and then I created some rough sketches of the toy product page. 

In addition to these website sketches, I also sketched companion logos for each page. My current logo needs tweaking and refining, and the companion logos will help me achieve that task.
